Using Veracross
New Hope's database management system, known as Veracross, is accessed by parents, students, and teachers via portals. See the articles below to guide you through some of the most common actions you'll take with your portal.
View your current invoice directly from your Parent Portal! Click "My Invoices" from the main screen and then the blue "View" button for the current year's invoice.
It is important to have your mobile phone number in Veracross so you can receive text alerts when New Hope cancels due to inclement weather, power outage, etc.
There are occasions when New Hope has to close due to inclement weather, or a tutor has to cancel a class.
There is a directory of all current parents, students, and staff available via your Portal.
Every year, parents need to review their students' medical info, family contact info, and sign off on school policies (liability form, medical authorization, etc.).
Every year, we ask families to update their "school policies": Parent Contract, Student Contract, Medical Authorization, Release From Liability, and Media Use Agreement.
Quarterly evaluations are released on Parent and Student Portals. To view them, log onto your Portal and simply click the quarter you wish to view.
The Parent Portal is the way that parents can access all sorts of information about their family, their enrolled students, and other useful information about New Hope.
You can update your family's contact and health-related information directly on your Parent Portal.
